Salon Policy

We appreciate your understanding regarding our booking policy, as we are a small business, late changes & cancellations impact us greatly. Please take this into consideration when booking an appointment with us.

Please note a non-refundable booking deposit will be required. All deposits must be made via online bank transfer or bank deposit.

We understand emergencies come up and you may need to change your booking, we kindly request 24 hours notice, as this could create an opening for another client to take that time. All deposits would be transferred to your next appointment.

A down payment of  $100 for all services must be made to secure your appointment, you also have the option of paying the entire cost of service. This deposit must be made within 72 hours (3 days) of booking your appointment.

For all new clients, please arrive 10 mins early to complete a consultation form.
